Companies that do not meet the requirements for an ordinary audit must have their annual financial statements audited by an auditor on a limited basis. With the approval of all shareholders, the limited audit can be waived if the company has no more than ten full-time positions on average over the year. Our audit experts will be happy to support you in this concern.
